Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our management fees.

4. Results

Online marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, platform policies, competition and market conditions. We commit to doing professional, careful work, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of the Website belong to GemMagics and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Ownership of work produced for clients is set out in the relevant service agreement.

6. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GemMagics is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
